WHAT IS SPRAY CHROME?
Spray chrome is a process that combines pure silver that has the genuine look of triple plate chrome and all the protection of a high solids 2K clear coat! Using this combination allows us to chrome anything that can be painted such as plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber and all metals even pot-metal. The benefits compared to triple plate chrome are endless - No rusting, no pitting, no flaking and no oxidizing! Futurechrome is guaranteed not to yellow, peel or fade!
WHAT KIND OF AREA DO I NEED TO HAVE?
Unlike conventional chrome that requires several large tanks and a huge facility, Futurechrome spray chrome only requires a small clean area with good ventilation to spray your parts. A 10x10 room is more than enough space and with our equipment and chemistry, all you need is a compressor and your in business!
WHERE DOES IT SHIP FROM AND WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES?
All orders are packed and shipped at our Long Island, New York facility. Handheld equipment orders have a maximum delivery time of 12 business days but most orders are shipped and delivered much faster. Machine orders are custom and have a maximum delivery time of 6 weeks. Once you are an existing customer, chemical re-orders are shipped right away. If you need an order expedited, your rep can assist you in most cases.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All equipment and chemicals are custom made and can not be returned once an order is placed and paid for. In the event of a damaged or defective item we will issue a call tag for return and we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer .
WHAT IS MY COST AND HOW MUCH DO I CHARGE FOR SPRAY CHROMING PARTS?
Total material cost is between $8 - $10 per square foot (depending on quantity ordered) and M.S.R.P (Manufacturers suggested retail price is $125 per square foot plus an additional $100 per hour labor for preparation.
Note: The MSRP is industry standard but it is not mandated.
